काबुली चना चाट तैयार करने की सामग्री और विधि।
Ingredients and Method to prepare a healthy Kabuli Chana Chaat.

3. | Red Chilli Powder | 1/4 tsp |

5. | Lemon Juice | 2 – 3 drops |

Instructions:
- Soak Chana: Soak 1 cup of Kabuli chana in 3 cups of water overnight.
- Rinse: Drain the soaked chana, rinse well, and drain again.
- Boil Chana: Pressure cook the soaked chana with enough water for about 4-5 whistles or until they are soft and fully cooked.
- Drain: Once cooked, drain the boiled chana and set aside.
- Heat Oil: Heat 1-2 tablespoons of oil in a pan.
- Add Asafoetida: Add ¼ teaspoon of heeng (asafoetida) into the hot oil.
- Add Chana: Add the boiled chana to the pan and stir well.
- Spice it Up: Add salt to taste and 1 teaspoon of red chilli powder. Mix everything thoroughly so the spices coat the chana well.
- Cook: Cook the mixture for about 5 minutes on medium heat, stirring occasionally.
- Finish: Turn off the heat and add a tablespoon of lemon juice. Stir well.
- Serve: Serve the chana chaat hot.
