दूध में भिगोया हुआ ओट्स तैयार करने की सामग्री और विधि।

Instructions:

Method:

  1. In a bowl, add the oats and chia seeds.
  2. Pour in the milk, ensuring the oats and seeds are fully submerged.
  3. Cover the bowl with a lid and refrigerate overnight.
  4. In the morning, give it a good stir and serve chilled.

Optional: You can top with fresh fruits, nuts, honey, or maple syrup before serving for added flavor and texture.
